With the cold temperatures and negative temperatures at night next week, please make sure all exposed water lines are properly insulated and heat tape is properly being used, if questionable please replace it. Drops in temperatures at night can cause lines to freeze within moments. Taking extra steps will prevent this.
Check basements for drafts and cracks.
If you own a vacant home, please double check to make sure the heat is properly working.
Freezing and breaking water lines can be pricey, so please check just to prevent this from happening.

We are excited to announce that you may now pay your Emporium Water Company bill with a credit / debit card either online or at our cashier window. Fees will apply.
As ever, you may mail or deliver your payment to the address below. There is a drop-slot on the front door. Please include your bill payment stub and account number as a memo on your check.
